Champagne Tours
Sara offers exclusive and authentic experiences to Champagne. Through her extensive network and close relationships, she provides the very best private access to Champagne’s finest producers and local experiences. Annual group tours are offered in June each year. Private and corporate tour bookings, with a minimum of six participants, can be made by contacting Sara directly.
Consultation and Advice
Sara works with Beverage Directors, sommeliers and retailers to assist with curating innovative wine lists and enhanced customer experiences featuring champagne.
She also consults with private collectors to source or sell champagne as well as provides advice on cellaring and inventory management.

Sara leverages her extensive network in Champagne and across Australia to bring businesses together with aligned values and goals with the purpose of accessing the best opportunities, distribution channels and audiences.
With a background in politics, government relations and policy, Sara also provides advocacy services between the champagne trade and the Australian government regarding regulations as well as current and emerging issues.
STAFF TRAINING AND CONSUMER EDUCATION
Sara’s frequent travel to the Champagne region makes her deeply connected to the wine, the land, and its people. The information she gathers from these visits is rarely known to importers, hospitality and sales staff. One of Sara’s passions is to communicate these insights to hospitality and sales staff in order to improve their knowledge, reputation and effectiveness with audiences.
Sara prepares professional presentations and communications materials to support staff training and consumer education.
